Where are you located?
iListMLS is located in Toronto. We do not publish an address because we are truly an online brokerage, which is how we pass insane savings onto you. If you truly need to speak to someone, they are always available via email, phone and (our members enjoy) online chat.
Do we offer FULL realtor service?

Of course we do. Unlike other brokerages who also offer you full Realtor service on MLS in Toronto, we pride ourselves in passing great savings onto you. Because we truly are all about the discounts in commission, our up-front Realtor service costs only $999 per month (for a total of $4,994).
Will other Realtors show my property?
Absolutely. They’ll be compelled to as long as you offer proper Buyer’s commission payout for them. The average in Toronto is 2.5%, but we have seen home owners offer as high as 3.5% because they saved so much on the Seller commission.
Do you offer anything for Buyers?
We do. Our Buyers, once registered with us, have the option to choose from a variety of discount programs we offer. Based on the property type, property price and commission paid out, we offer Cash-Back at Closing, FREE legal services or FREE home inspection.
